- Create multiple accounts.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by tower-x.games or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals:
You may deposit funds into your account using the payment methods available on the Services. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawals.
7. Bonuses and Promotions:
We may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. These are subject to separate terms and conditions, which you must agree to before participating.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tower-x.games and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tower-x.games and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through the following methods:
- Negotiation: First, the parties agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute through negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to settle the dispute through mediation administered by a mutually agreed upon mediator in accordance with the rules of the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) of the Supreme Court of India.
- Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
14. Changes to Terms:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website, and your continued use of the Services after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
